In this episode of the Duct Tape Marketing Podcast, I interview Dr. Jason Selk. He's a performance coach who works with business executives and athletes as a director of mental training for the St. Louis Cardinals.

He played an important role in the team's first world series victory in more than 20 years in 2006 in their second, in 2011. He holds a doctorate in counseling and sports psychology. He's the author of a book called Executive Toughness, but we're going to talk today about his new book called Relentless Solution Focus: Train Your Mind to Conquer Stress, Pressure, and Underperformance.
